Privacy Policy

This policy explains what AergonOS Analytics, operated by Aexo Digital Indonesia as part of the AergonOS suite, collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Google account. Your name, email address, and profile photo, used to sign you in across the AergonOS suite.
• Google Analytics and Search Console data. With your consent, we read (read-only) the data of the properties you add, in order to build reports. Report contents are stored so you can reopen and download them.
• Google access. To build reports without asking you to sign in each time, we store an encrypted refresh token for your Google account. You can revoke it anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Settings. The properties and report preferences you enter.

How we use it

• To authenticate you and generate the reports you request.
• To write the analysis section, summarized report data (such as traffic figures and page names) is sent to an AI provider (Anthropic) when you leave AI narrative on. You can turn it off in Settings.
• We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Google API Services

AergonOS Analytics’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

We keep your reports and settings while your account has access. Ask us to delete them, or revoke Google access at any time.
