Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AergonOS Analytics (the “Service”, available at https://analytics.aergonos.com), operated by Aexo Digital Indonesia (“we”, “us”), part of the AergonOS suite. By signing in or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Access

You sign in with a Google account. If your email is also invited to AergonOS Project Management, the same sign-in works there, but access to Analytics does not give access to any project in Project Management. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.

2. What the Service does

With your permission, the Service reads data from Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and PageSpeed Insights for the properties you add, and compiles it into reports, optionally with a written analysis generated by an AI model. Access is read-only; the Service never changes your Google data.

3. Your responsibilities

• Only add properties and websites you are authorized to report on.
• Review reports and AI-written analysis before sharing them with clients. They are provided as an aid, without warranty of accuracy.
• Do not attempt to access data or accounts you were not given access to, or share your access with people who were not invited.

4. Availability and changes

The Service is provided “as is”. We may change, suspend, or end it, or remove access, at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
